The SmallRig Baseplate with Dual 15mm Rod Clamp 1674 is a versatile and lightweight base plate that is compatible with many popular camera models, including the Sony FS7, Sony A7 series, Canon C100 C300 C500, etc. It attaches to the camera via a 3 8 -16 or 1 4 -20 screw, and features 15mm diameter rod holes that are spaced 60mm apart. This allows you to mount a follow focus, matte box, lens support or other accessory onto the rig, without adding extra weight or bulk. The 1 4 -20 & 3 8 -16 threads on the bottom of the base plate also provide compatibility with a wide variety of tripod heads
